If you’re coming from out of town, we recommend flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the drive from the airport to downtown Seattle is approximately 20 minutes.
-
Public Transit: It’s a ~45 minute commute to and from downtown Seattle to the airport using Link Light Rail. At the airport, go to the fourth floor and cross the sky bridge to the parking garage level. From there, follow the signs to Link Light Rail. Once you are in the city, it is easy getting around town via light rail, metro bus, streetcars, and even ferries!
Uber/Lyft: If you’re taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport, go across the sky bridges (fourth floor) and go down one level to the third floor to the ride app pick-up area.
Rental Car: If you’re renting a car at the airport, you will need to take a 5 minute shuttle to the rental car facility. There are two passenger pick-up areas, both located outside on the baggage claim level. One at the north end (near Alaska Airlines) and another on the south end (near the international airlines) of the terminal.
